Delivery & orders
How much is delivery, and how quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day and normally arrive within 2–4 working days.
How do I track my order?
We email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also see your order and tracking by signing in to your account.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands or BFPO addresses?
Deliveries outside mainland UK and to BFPO addresses may have restrictions and can take longer. If you're unsure, call or email us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Are your phones unlocked?
Yes. Every phone is unlocked and works with any UK network.
What do Premium, Excellent and Good mean?
Every refurbished device is fully tested and works as it should. The grade only describes how it looks:
Premium – the closest to new, with little or no sign of use.
Excellent – light signs of use that are hard to spot.
Good – visible marks such as light scratches or scuffs, at the lowest price.
Items listed as Brand New are new, unused devices.
What battery health will my phone have?
Battery health on our refurbished phones ranges from 80% up to 100%. Batteries are covered by a 3-month warranty.
What comes in the box?
Your device comes with a compatible, fully working charging cable, packed in our Mobile Phone Market packaging.
Has the previous owner's data been removed?
Yes. Every device is data-wiped and restored to factory settings before it is sold, so it's ready to set up as your own.
Is refurbished as good as new?
Our refurbished devices are tested, fully functional and restored to factory settings, and every one comes with a 12-month warranty. You get the same phone for less, and it's better for the planet than buying new.
Warranty & returns
What warranty do I get?
Refurbished devices come with a 12-month warranty covering faults in materials and workmanship. Batteries are covered for 3 months. New products also have a 12-month warranty. Accidental damage and misuse aren't covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email info@mobilephonemarket.co.uk with your order number and the problem. We'll send you a returns (RMA) number and tell you where to send the device.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item. It must be unused and in the same condition, with all accessories. Email info@mobilephonemarket.co.uk for a returns (RMA) number first.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is paid by you. Please use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email (info@mobilephonemarket.co.uk) or phone (+44 7438 539585) and we'll arrange a replacement.
What should I do before sending a device back?
Remove all security and parental locks.
Take out your SIM and any memory card.
Sign out of iCloud, Samsung or Google accounts.
Back up and delete your personal data.
Skipping these steps can delay or stop your return being processed.

How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices include VAT where applicable, and delivery is always free.
Do you price match?
Yes. We'll match the price of an identical refurbished item from a high street or online retailer (excluding marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Back Market), as long as it can be delivered in the same timeframe. Email info@mobilephonemarket.co.uk with a link to the other product and ours, and order the same day.
